Who is the platform suitable for For campaign based, multi-stage assessment and selection (sifting at each stage or balanced scored at the end of all stages), and high volume of applications or roles. The platform is ideal for early careers and high volume experienced hiring. If you have low volumes of applications and a CV-based process, it is probably not for you.
How do integrations work A wide range of off-the-shelf integrations are in place with leading online assessments, video platforms and other HR tech. The platform’s APIs allow us to easily integrate most modern platforms, if not already integrated.
What is targetconnect for employers? A suite of interoperable or standalone platform components : targetapply conversational pre-screening, Candidate Management ATS, Assemble (Virtual and face-to-face assesment centers), and Engage and Develop (prepare, keep warm and pre-skill)
