A named programme manager oversees your Industry Society from start to finish — coordinating logistics, acting as your day-to-day point of contact and ensuring every session runs smoothly across the four-month programme.

We handle all student recruitment in partnership with regional schools, selecting a cohort of 30 motivated Year 12 students who meet social mobility criteria and have demonstrated a genuine interest in your industry.
